Createx Fleshtone is airbrushed onto the wood, ground, trees, fencing, rocks and sky. The fleshtone is not sprayed evenly over the entire design. It is sprayed in the areas for which the play of light in the painting will create interest and variation. I am attempting to create muted tones to achieve the effect I have in mind. The key is to be uneven with your colors. Let the colors and the light play on the subjects in the painting. Don't paint the outhouse just "brown". How boring. Let the overlaid paints and colors come alive as you add your subsequent color layers working from light to dark.
