Createx Florescent Blue is airbrushed on the design. The blue is added in a circular motion around the edges of the light source. It is added to the mid-sections of the trees, to the outhouse, grounds, fencing, path, all over with a higher concentration being in the areas where the shadows will be appearing. This is to give a misty look to the design and to mute the pure hues of the colorants to which are being used. This is mixing colors outside the cup, right on your support.
